"Purple Cosmos" captures two vivid violet blooms set against a warm yellow background, inspired by the easy beauty of cosmos growing in neighborhood gardens.
The flowers lean gently toward one another, creating a sense of movement while keeping the composition simple and focused. Saturated purples glow against the pale yellow ground, giving the piece a bright, joyful energy without feeling visually crowded.
The work reflects my interest in everyday flowers that are easy to pass by, small moments of color and beauty that reward a closer look.
