How to Redeem Your Gift Certificate
Congratulations! You’ve received a custom house portrait gift certificate! Here’s everything you need to know to redeem it:
What’s Included
This gift certificate covers the base price of a custom watercolor and ink house portrait:
- Size: 9" x 12", matted to 12" x 16" (white mat).
- Medium: Watercolor and ink on professional-quality paper.
- Reference Photos: Painted from high-quality reference photos provided by you.
Framing is not included.
Step 1: Schedule a Call or Meeting
Contact me at kim@cutefunjoydesigns.com or (541) 357-3951 to begin the process. During our meeting, we’ll discuss:
- The details of your painting (e.g., house angle, features to highlight).
- The reference photos you have.
- The timeline for completing your portrait.

Step 2: Reference Photos
I can work from high-quality photos provided by you. If additional photos are needed, we can arrange for me to take them. A travel fee may apply depending on location.
Step 3: Approval of Sketch
Before adding ink and color, I’ll share an initial sketch for your approval. This is your opportunity to provide feedback or request adjustments.
Timeline and Delivery
- Completion time depends on my schedule and your requested deadlines.
- Gift recipients are encouraged to contact me early to allow for enough time to create the painting.
- If the total cost exceeds $360 due to special requests (e.g., larger dimensions or travel fees), the additional amount will be discussed and agreed upon before beginning the painting.
