Gift Certificate Redemption

How to Redeem Your Gift Certificate

Congratulations! You’ve received a custom floral artwork gift certificate! Here’s everything you need to know to redeem it:

What’s Included

This gift certificate covers the base price of a custom watercolor and ink house portrait:

  • Size: 11" x 14", matted to 16" x 20" (white mat).
  • Medium: Digital gouache painting, inkjet printed on acid-free matte paper.

Step 1: Schedule a Call or Meeting

Contact me at kim@cutefunjoydesigns.com or (541) 357-3951 to begin the process. During our meeting, we’ll discuss:

  • Your floral subject of choice
  • If there are particular colors, moods, or styles you’re hoping for
  • Do you picture a bouquet, a garden scene, or something else?
  • If you have any inspiration images — photos, favorite flowers, or color palettes — I’d love to see them!

Upgrade options:

  • +$80 - Frame the artwork in a 16" x 20" black frame
  • +$200 - Limited Exclusivity: the artwork will not be sold as prints for 6 months after completion of the commission
    OR
+$400 - Full Buyout: The artwork will only be available to you. You can buy additional prints from me

Step 2: Agreement

I will send you an agreement with all the project details. If you opt for any upgrades, I will send the Square invoice for the 50% deposit once I receive the signed agreement.

Step 3: Approval of Sketch

The initial sketch will take about a week as I research reference photos, work on composition and color palettes. I will then send you the rough sketch for your approval. This is your opportunity to provide feedback or request adjustments.

Timeline and Delivery

  • Completion time depends on my schedule and your requested deadlines.
  • Gift recipients are encouraged to contact me early to allow for enough time to create the painting.

Additional Notes

  • Unless the exclusivity option is selected, I may reproduce and sell prints of the final artwork. In all cases, I retain the rights to display the artwork in my portfolio (website, social media, printed samples, etc.).
